William Scherer
WRITER/PRODUCER
William Scherer graduated from the Virginia Military Institute and served as an Airborne/Ranger with the 82d Airborne Division. He got his start in Hollywood as an actor and a writer. The first script he wrote got him into the WGAW when he created the sitcom pilot “New Horizons” (Universal). William also had featured roles in such great movies as “Midway” (Charleston Heston), MacArthur (Gregory Peck) and The Hindenburg (George C. Scott). In addition to co-starring in numerous TV pilots, William also acted off-Broadway playing opposite the legendary screen star, Dorothy Lamour. His latest project was writing, producing, directing and editing the independent feature film “House on Rodeo Gulch”.

Sometimes the crisis disappears into the wind but other times it escalates… and escalates… and….. escalates, until there is no turning back.
